The makers of Ranbir Kapoor’s film Ramayana have unveiled a new poster featuring Siya Ram to mark Ganesh Chaturthi on September 14. The poster, shared by music label T-Series, showcases Ranbir Kapoor as Lord Ram alongside Sai Pallavi as Sita.The first single from the film, composed by AR Rahman and written by Dr Kumar Vishwas, will soon be released. Esteemed singers Shreya Ghoshal and Arijit Singh lend their voices to the track.Accompanying the poster release, the makers wrote on their Instagram handle: “Celebrating the timeless bond of Siya Ram.”Recently, the official trailer of Ramayana was unveiled, opening with Yash as Ravana emerging from the shadows before entering his palace and claiming rule over the three worlds. The trailer also depicts Lord Vishnu’s incarnation as Prince Rama, portrayed by Ranbir Kapoor, and Arun Govil as King Dasharatha introducing Rama to Ayodhya.Viewers are also shown glimpses of Rama and Sita’s wedding, with Sai Pallavi as Sita. The emotional journey continues as Rama accepts Kaikeyi’s demand and begins his 14-year exile accompanied by his brother Lakshmana, played by Ravie Dubey.The film’s cast includes Ranbir Kapoor, Sai Pallavi, Yash, Ravie Dubey, and Sunny Deol as Hanuman. The music is composed by Hans Zimmer and AR Rahman.
