New Delhi, 13/7: A Joint Parliamentary Committee, appointed to examine a constitutional amendment that seeks to remove ministers including the prime minister and the chief minister from their position in case of arrests beyond 30 days, has recommended that a ‘Schedule of offences’ punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to five years or more should be included in the Bill.
