New Delhi, 30/7: Kyiv on Wednesday subtly accused New Delhi of taking a softer stand on the killing of seafarers from India in missile and drone strikes by Russia on commercial vessels off the coasts of Ukraine in the Black Sea, unlike its sterner response.Ukraine also alleged that its request to India for a phone call between the two foreign ministers had gone unanswered.
