New Delhi, 24/3 (AO Bureau)The impact of Corona Virus cases rising again throughout the year is also visible in Kumbh in Haridwar, Uttarakhand. The High Court of Uttarakhand has directed that it will be necessary to show negative report of the RT-PCR test to all the people coming to Kumbh. Not only this, the High Court has condemned the decision of Chief Minister Tirath Singh Rawat, in which he had allowed Kumbh to come without any test. Following this directive of the High Court, now those who do not follow the Corona Guide Line in Haridwar can be strictly enforced.
Hearing a public interest litigation regarding the Kumbh Mela, the High Court has directed that the guidelines issued by the central and state government should be strictly met. Also, the High Court has said that people who have been vaccinated, if they show their certificate, then they can get exemption. But all other people will have to undergo corona test and the report needs to be negative
