Jajpur, 6/12: In a major development,today at 4.15 Fakir Mohan Singh, SI of Police, Binjharpur PS, Dt.Jajpur was caught red handed while demanding and accepting bribe of Rs.6000/- from Complt. inorder to not arrest him in a miscellaneous case and to release him with notice U/s 41 (a) CrPC.
In this connection CTC Vigilance PS case No 36 dt.06.12.2021 u/s 7PC (Amendment) Act. 2018 has been registered. House searches launched at 2 locations in Binjharpur and Kandarpur(Cuttack) Investigation in progress.
