The traditional AWCs are being converted into smart, child-friendly learning spaces to foster an engaging and safe environment for early childhood development.

The intervention includes necessary infrastructure improvements such as repairs, minor construction work, and renovation of existing structures to ensure safety and sustainability. Additionally, child-centric wall art and design—based on visuals approved by the State Department of Women and Child Development—have been applied to both the interior and exterior walls of the centres, thereby creating a vibrant and engaging atmosphere that sparks children’s interest in learning.
