Nayagarh: At least three people were seriously injured after a private passenger bus overturned on the Nayagarh bypass in Odisha early Tuesday morning.The bus was travelling from Daringbadi to Bhubaneswar when the driver reportedly lost control of the vehicle, causing it to overturn. Around 40 passengers were on board at the time of the accident.Following the mishap, locals broke the front windshield of the bus to evacuate the passengers. All the passengers were rescued from the overturned vehicle.The injured passengers were taken to the Nayagarh District Headquarters Hospital for treatment. Three of them were reported to be in critical condition.Further details about the cause of the accident and the condition of the injured are awaited.
