Delhi Police have significantly intensified security arrangements across seven major railway stations in the national capital ahead of a planned protest call by the Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) on Oct 10.DCP Railway B. Bharat Reddy confirmed on Friday that round-the-clock security deployments have been implemented to maintain law and order.A total of 334 Government Railway Police (GRP) personnel, 14 companies of Central Armed Police Forces (CAPF), and an additional 120 women officers have been mobilised at key transit hubs that handle the city’s highest passenger footfall.Officials assured that regular passengers with valid travel plans will face no disruption and can proceed with their journeys smoothly. However, police issued a stern warning against individuals travelling to Delhi by train specifically to participate in the CJP demonstration.Emphasising that prohibitory orders under Section 163 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS) remain strictly in force across the area, DCP Reddy stated that public gatherings for the protest are prohibited, and appropriate legal action will be taken against violators attempting to attend the stir.
