Guwahati, 12/8: With his efforts towards restoration of peace in strife-torn Manipur yielding not much result on the ground, Chief Minister Yumnam Khemchand Singh on Wednesday issued a 15-day deadline for surrender of all illegal weapons, be it in the the valley or in the hills.
Singh said that those failing to surrender the weapons within 15 days would be dealt with legal action.
