Bangalore, 12/8: Karnataka Chief Minister DK Shivakumar on Wednesday allocated portfolios to the Cabinet ministers after much deliberation with the Congress top brass with meetings held in Delhi.Ramalinga Reddy has been moved from the Water Resources portfolio to Forests while N Chaluvarayaswamy has been assigned the Water Resources portfolio. B Nagendra, who has been accused in a case involving alleged misappropriation of Karnataka Maharshi Valmiki ST Development Corporation’s funds, has been allotted the Planning and Statistics portfolio.
