Bhubaneswar, 5/2: In a major development, Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik announces Rs 13 lakh compensation for the family of deceased journalist Rohit Kumar Biswal.
Notably, the journalist was killed in an explosion by landmine while doing reporting in Kalahandi district.
