Subarnapur, 11/2: In another operation today, Sri Debananda Naik, Data Entry Operator, and Kuna Naik, I/c Secretary, both of Sibatala PACS(Primary Agriculture Cooperative Society) under Tarva Block, Dist- Subarnapur have been apprehended by Odisha Vigilance while demanding and accepting bribe Rs.8,000/- (Rupees. Eight thousand ) from a Complainant in connection with paddy sale. The entire bribe money has been recovered from both the accused and seized.
In this connection, Sambalpur Vigilance P.S. Case No.08 dt.10.03.2022 U/s 7 P.C. (Amendment) Act, 2018 has been registered.
Investigation in progress against Sri Debananda Naik and Sri Kuna Naik.
