Bhubaneswar 9/4: In a major development, Biju Janata Dal (BJD) names Manjulata Kanhar who is Corporator of Ward no 22, as its BMC Deputy Mayor candidate.
In the meantime, BJD’s Sulochana Das took oath as mayor of BMC.
