Chilka, 23/5: Chilika MLA Prashant Jagadev has surrendered before the Banpur JMFC court under Khordha district today. The Orissa High Court recently dismissed the MLA’s regular bail plea and directed him to surrender before the Banpur lower court on May 23. In this regard, MLA surrendered before the Court at around 2 pm today. The legislator is expected to return to Banpur Sub Jail after completion of basic formalities in the Court.
