Talks about DA were to be held in the last week of May, but no talks have been held so far.
Giving information about this, the National Council of JCM said that the meeting would be held this month as the meeting could not be held in New Delhi due to the restrictions imposed due to Kovid-19. Due to Corona, there is a delay in getting DA to the employees. The central government had banned three installments of outstanding DA dues from the beginning of last year till June this year.
The meeting will be held in the second or third week, JCM secretary Shiv Gopal Mishra told that the meeting can be held in the second or third week of this month. He said that the delay should not be considered negative as there have been good indications from the central government officials regarding this.

Let us tell you that employees are currently paid DA at the rate of 17 percent, which is expected to increase by 11 percent to 28 percent. This will increase their salary tremendously. At the same time, the employees are going to get the benefit of DA for two years directly, because the dearness allowance of central employees was increased by 4 percent in January 2020, then there was an increase of 3 percent in the second half i.e. June 2020, now dearness allowance in January 2021 Once again it has increased by 4 percent i.e. the total has gone up to 28 percent.
