PM Modi discussed with J&K leaders

New Delhi, 24/6 (AO Bureau): Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday held a meeting with 14 leaders of eight political parties of Jammu and Kashmir. In this all-party meeting, many issues including special status of the state, change in delimitation, elections and restoration of full statehood were discussed. After the meeting, Jammu and Kashmir BJP President Ravindra Raina said that PM Modi organized a very good meeting. He said that all senior leaders of Kashmir participated in this meeting. He said that the Prime Minister assured full cooperation for the bright future of Kashmir. The PM said that all the people of Kashmir live in my heart. Will work for the development and well being of Kashmir.

On the other hand, former Chief Minister of Jammu and Kashmir Omar Abdullah said that by abolishing the status of Union Territory, Jammu and Kashmir should be given full statehood. He said that it should be given statehood along with Jammu and Kashmir cadre. Abdullah said that there is no need for delimitation. We will continue the fight in our court. Abdullah said the process of delimitation raises doubts. People should have the freedom to choose their government. These things were largely raised in the meeting with the PM. He told that the PM and the Home Minister said that they want to give statehood and conduct elections as soon as possible.

Mehbooba said restoration of 370 is necessary
On the other hand, former Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister and PDP chief Mehbooba Mufti said that the troubles that the people of Kashmir are suffering. Angry, angry after August 5, 2019. Mufti said that the manner in which 370 was removed in Kashmir is not acceptable to the people of Jammu and Kashmir. BJP has been removed illegally.
