Keonjhar, November 24, 2025: Three outstanding athletes from the Odisha AM/NS India Kho
Kho High Performance Centre (HPC) displayed exceptional skill and determination, enabling
Radhaballav Mahavidyalay, Puri, to clinch the runners-up title at the Inter Higher Secondary
Kho Kho (Boys) Tournament 2025–26, held at Baruneshwar Mahavidyalaya, Jajpur.
Kuna Behera, Siba Gunta, and Samir Xalxo from the HPC delivered remarkable performances
marked by discipline, tactical sharpness, and relentless energy. Their speed and maturity on the
field earned admiration from officials, coaches, and spectators, underlining the growing
influence of the HPC in school and college-level competitions.
Shri Sanjeev Sharma, Head Coach, HPC said, “We are extremely proud of our athletes for
representing their school and the HPC and performing spectacularly. Their runners-up finish at
the Inter-School Tournament highlights the power of structured training in nurturing local talent.”
