Kendrapara: In an unfortunate incident, body of an unidentified young man was found hanging inside the premises of Kendrapara District Collectorate this afternoon.The youth’s body was reportedly spotted hanging at a steel railing along the staircase leading to the first floor of the building triggering panic among the office staff and visitors. It is suspected that the youth committed suicide by using a gamucha (traditional towel) to hang himself.Soon, police personnel rushed to the spot after getting information and sent the body for postmortem after recovering it. They also launched an investigation to identify the youth and determine the reason behind him taking the extreme step.Meanwhile, the recovery of the youth’s body inside Kendrapara Collectorate has raised questions about security arrangements at the government office complex.
