Bangalore, 5/6: Days after leadership change in Karnataka, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday accused the Congress of spreading chaos and uncertainty and said people were resentful in the states the party governs.

There is a lot of anger among people in Karnataka which is why Congress had to change the chief minister,” he said at an event in Surat.
