Chilika, 18/1: On Saturday, Rajya Sabha MP Manas Ranjan Mangaraj visited Chilika constituency and inaugurated and laid the foundation stone of multiple development projects. The MP inaugurated the Hillside Park near the historic Mamu Bhanaja hill under Balugaon NAC, toilet complex near Chilika lake under Swachh Bharat Abhiyan , Walking Track under MUKTA scheme and Mission Shakti Bhaban at Kula kundei Nuagaon.
Balugaon NAC Chairperson Sukanti Paikaray present on this occasion. However, since the formation of Balugaon NAC, a park for amusement could not be built here. It was a long demand which has been completed on the efforts of NAC Chairperson Mrs Paikaray people said.
Later MP Mr. Mangaraj visited Banpur NAC and block and inaugurated multiple projects. While inaugurating Vending Zone, Idga Maidan,Walking Track at NAC, Mission Shakti Bhaban at the Block, Sai Community Center, Smart Crematorium and Smart Park were laid.
