New Delhi, 29/11: The Sambhal Shahi Jama Masjid committee has filed a plea in the Supreme Court questioning the validity of survey ordered within a short span of time, triggering violence in the area and leading to death of four protestors.
A bench of Chief Justice of India Sanjiv Khanna and Sanjay Kumar would take up the matter on Friday. The plea has been filed by the Committee of Management, Shahi Jama Masjid, Sambhal.
