Pipili, 3/10: The vote counting process of Pipili by-election is currently underway. Rudra Maharathy of BJD who is the son of late MLA Pradeep Maharathy leads in first round by 1406 votes
According to reports BJD got 4055 votes ,BJP got 2649 votes and Congress managed to get only 766 votes in first round.
