Lucknow, 15/11: Lucknow based Dr Shaheen Shahid—who was arrested from Faridabad a few days ago over suspicion of being a member of the ‘white terror module’, which was suspected to be behind the Delhi blast—had been in touch with a Pak military doctor and and had plans to flee abroad after triggering the blasts in parts of country.
