Former Odisha MLA Bibekananda Meher Passes Away

Balangir, 18/4 (AO bureau): In a sad piece of news, former MLA Bibekananda Meher breathed his last. He was suffering from kidney-related ailments and undergoing treatment. He passed away while being taken to  SCB Medical College and Hospital in Cuttack. He was Government Deputy Chief Whip in the Assembly in 1977
