Patna, 20/8: In a significant development, the Jharkhand High Court on Thursday (August 20) stayed the Hemant Soren Government’s decision to cancel the 11th to 13th Jharkhand Public Service Commission (JPSC) examinations.
The HC order has given the much-sought relief to all those 450 candidates who had qualified in these examinations, duly posted in the government jobs after documentation, but a Damocles sword was hanging over them after the notification was issued for cancellation of exam.
