Puri, 12/7: In a major development, after taking charge as the Chief Administrator of Shree Jagannath Temple Administration (SJTA), senior IAS officer Arabinda Padhee on Friday made it clear that no mobile phones will be allowed on chariots.

Padhee said that whatever rituals are there and how they can be streamlined and conducted properly, the focus will be on it.
