SC refers case on use of Bengaluru’s Idgah Maidan for Ganesh Chaturthi to CJI

New Delhi, 30/8:  A  division bench of the Supreme Court has referred the matter on use of Bengaluru’s Idgah Maidan for Ganesh Chaturthi to the CJI in view of no consensus on decision.

 

 

The SC has allowed parties to approach the CJI for urgent hearing of the case.
