However, she claimed that only Rs 4.56 lakh was disbursed to her, while the remaining Rs 3 lakh was withheld.According to her allegations, the bank later obtained four blank cheques from her and allegedly withdrew the Rs 2.87 lakh subsidy credited to her loan account, along with the remaining Rs 3 lakh that had been withheld.Demanding the return of her money, the woman arrived at the bank carrying a bottle of poison. She allegedly prevented the bank manager from leaving the premises and warned that she would end her life if the money was not returned.The dramatic protest triggered tension outside the bank, drawing the attention of local resiThe woman has levelled serious allegations of financial irregularities against the bank management.
