Mumbai ,27/12: Leader of the Opposition in Maharashtra Devendra Fadnavis has written a letter to the Chief Minister of the state, Uddhav Thackeray. Fadnavis has questioned the policies issued in the real estate sector. Not only this, he has warned the CM that if his action is not taken, he will file a PIL in the High Court. It is worth mentioning that since the editorial published recently in the Sena mouthpiece Saamana, the state’s politics has been hot.
Former Maharashtra Chief Minister and BJP leader Devendra Fadnavis have warned CM Thackeray through a letter. He wrote, “Policies designed to reduce the impact of COVID on the real estate sector are being used to benefit some real estate developers.” In this letter, the former CM has claimed that if the government does not improve the policies, then they will knock the court.
In his letter, Fadnavis further wrote, ‘I am writing this letter in English so that if you do not take corrective action despite being brought to the notice, I will be forced to file a PIL in the Bombay High Court.’ He told the CM that at any time you can take further information from me.
