Islamabad, 19/9:There is again a threat to the organization of international cricket in Pakistan. Recently, New Zealand canceled the tour a few minutes before the start of the first match. He took this step for security reasons. However, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) was upset with this decision. England’s men’s and women’s teams also have to tour Pakistan next month. Regarding the tour, former captain Michael Vaughan said that it is better to play in the UAE than to cancel the tour. The men’s team has to play 2 T20 matches in Pakistan before the T20 World Cup.
Michael Vaughan wrote on social media, ‘It is better to have the England series in the UAE than to cancel the tour due to the insecurity in Pakistan. It would be a wise decision in my opinion. Hopefully the women’s and men’s team matches can be played instead of being canceled. However, Vaughan’s suggestion is also a setback for the PCB, because due to the match being held in the UAE, the PCB will not be able to conduct matches in the country. Once again there fans may have to wait for international matches.
