Air Force officer Manisha Padhi has been appointed as the first woman Aide-De-Camp

Mizoram, 30/11: Bringing laurels to Odisha, Indian Air Force officer Manisha Padhi has became the country’s first woman Aide-De-Camp. Mizoram Governor Dr Hari Babu Kambhampati has appointed Sqn Leader Manisha Padhi, a 2015 batch Indian Air Force Officer as India’s first Woman Aide-De-Camp(ADC) from the Indian Armed Forces. Appointing her to the key post, the Governor has said “Her appointment is not just a milestone but a testament to the power of women breaking gender norms and excelling in different fields. Let’s celebrate this remarkable achievement and continue to champion women’s empowerment in every sphere”.
