Bhubaneswar : AVPL International (AITMC Ventures Ltd.), one of the global leaders in the drone sector to provide specialized short-term drone training to 420 candidates in high-demand job roles by aligning with the government of Odisha. This initiative, approved during the 12th Steering Committee of NUA-Odisha, aims to target the rural youth of Odisha.
The program aims to train 180 candidates each as EV Service Technicians and Drone Service Technicians, along with 60 candidates as Drone Data Processors, to address high demand for skilled drone professionals. This will empower rural youth by fostering skill-based employment while also contributing to work efficiency of future workforce to balance the urban rural technology divide. Also, as Odhisha is home to various crop yields, trained individuals can apply their drone expertise to improve crop management while improving livelihood through sustainable income.

There are many programs led by AVPL International that reaffirms its commitment to foster skill development and create employment opportunities to match skilled workforce demand. The draft memorandum of understanding for this project will be finalized shortly to streamline the commencement of the training program.
