New Delhi, 28/7: Free re-test, relaxation on age and attempts, court monitored probe, attachment of properties owned by culprits and providing compensation and travel expenses to candidates are among scores of amendments submitted by Opposition MPs to a bill seeking to strengthen an existing law to tackle paper leaks and other unfair practices in examinations.More than a dozen MPs, including from Congress, Trinamool Congress, CPI(M) and Samajwadi Party, want changes in The Public Examinations (Prevention of Unfair Means) Amendment Bill, 2026, which was introduced in Lok Sabha on Monday.
