SUBARNAPUR —- On Wednesday, Birmaharajpur MLA Er.Raghunath Jagdala attended the district level public relations and citizen participation program as the chief guest. All kinds of improvements and various projects made on the occasion of the 12th year of the Government of India and the 2nd year of the state government were reviewed and the opinions of representatives from various organizations in the district were taken.On the occasion of the development trend of Odisha, Balangir MP representative Sananda Meher, Zilla Parishad Chairperson Supara Thela and social worker Benudhar Das were present at this program. A meeting was held in today’s district level program, in which various projects that can help in the development of Subarnapur were discussed. On this occasion, the MLA said that the government will take everyone along and everyone’s opinion is necessary in this regard. A proposal was put forward in the meeting to complete the Ring Road project of Subarnapur. Similarly, a detailed project report of the new Fisheries College in Subarnapur and discussions were held on the four-lane road between Subarnapur and Sambalpur.Many development projects are underway in the district. These include an interim storage structure worth Rs. 3500 crore, a mega drinking water project worth Rs. 600 crore and the development project of Sureswari and Charda temples. All the schemes of the central and state governments are being implemented for the people of the district. The Hon’ble MLA visited the development project of Patali Shrikshetra worth Rs. 64 crore and the new bus stand project worth Rs. 84 crore. He was accompanied by conscious citizens, students and representatives of various institutions.On this occasion, 8 stalls of various departments were displayed at the office of the Sonepur Block Development Officer.
