Governor has time to meet Kangana but not Farmer : NCP Chief Sharad Pawar

New Delhi, 25/1 (AO Bureau ) : The farmers’ movement continues today on the borders of Delhi for the 61st consecutive day. Meanwhile, today farmers’ rally was held at Azad Maidan in Mumbai in support of farmers. NCP chief Sharad Pawar, who arrived in Israel, targeted Governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari.

He said, “No such governor has been found in the history of Maharashtra. The farmers are in Mumbai today but the Governor has moved to Goa. The governor has time to meet Kangana Ranaut but there is no time to meet farmers. ”

Pawar said that Mumbai city is an important city in the country, Mumbai also had an important role in the freedom struggle. This fight is not easy. Those who have the government in their hands have no concern of the farmers. The farmers’ movement has been going on for so many days, but PM Modi has not even taken the news of the farmers.

Are the farmers from Pakistan?

Former Agriculture Minister Sharad Pawar said, “The discussion on the law started in 2003. When our government came, I was the Minister of Agriculture, I myself held a meeting of Agriculture Ministers of all the states. After that the BJP government came, they did not discuss this law and passed the law.

He said, “Ghulam Nabi Azad (Congress leader) also said that talk has to be done in the interest of farmers. The opposition requested to send the bill to the Select Committee but the government did not listen.

Pawar said, “The Modi government has directly insulted the Constitution given by Baba Saheb Ambedkar. Therefore, we are opposing this law. The farmer says that first cancel the law and after that, everyone is ready for what to discuss.”
