Cuttack, 29/9: In a major development, Congress leader and Barabati-Cuttack MLA Mohammed Moquim has been sentenced 3yrears jail term by special vigilance court while hearing an Odisha Rural Housing & Development Corporation corruption case on.
The special vigilance court also found former bureaucrat and IAS officer Binod Kumar, Company Secretary Swosti Ranjan Mohanty and Metro Builders Director, Piyush Mohanty guilty and pronounced a 3-year jail term to each.
They all are penalised Rs 50,000 each along with the jail term.h.
