Delhi Violence : FIR registered against 22 leaders

New Delhi, 27/1 (AO Bureau)The Delhi Police has so far registered 22 FIRs in connection with the violence during the Kisan Tractor Rally Violence in the national capital. The officials informed on Wednesday that more than 300 police personnel have been injured in the violence. With this, the police have registered an FIR against 9 farmer leaders. In the FIR filed by the police for the Delhi violence, it is alleged that the NOC issued by the police for the tractor rally was not followed.

According to the information received from the sources, the Delhi Police has also registered a case against Yogendra Yadav, the leader of the Swaraj campaign. According to the news agency ANI, the names of farmer leaders Darshan Pal, Rajinder Singh, Balbir Singh Rajewal, Buta Singh Burjil, and Joginder Singh Ugrahan are mentioned in the FIR of Delhi Police for violation of NOC issued in connection with the Kisan Tractor Rally. The Indian Farmers Union spokesperson Rakesh Tikait is also named in the FIR. Although this FIR has been registered in which sections, it could not be known till the time of writing the news.
