Amit Shah to visit West Bengal soon ahead of Assembly Election

Kolkatta, 28/1 (AO Bureau): In West Bengal (West Bengal), the political parties in the state are throwing their full force on this year’s assembly elections (West Bengal elections 2021). The BJP has already claimed to win 200 seats in the state. Meanwhile, Home Minister Amit Shah may soon visit West Bengal again. BJP sources have informed that Amit Shah may visit Bengal on 30 or 31 January.

Sources have also claimed that about 12 Trinamool Congress leaders can join BJP during Home Minister Amit Shah’s tour of West Bengal. It is being said that these include the names of many big leaders of the ruling party. BJP’s Bengal chief Dilip Ghosh also said at a rally on Wednesday that some more Trinamool Congress leaders want to join the BJP before the assembly elections and said the state’s ruling camp is like a sinking boat.

Before the West Bengal assembly elections, there is ongoing rhetoric between the BJP and TMC. Recently, the Election Commission team also claimed the state about the preparations for the election.
