Aradi Akhandalamani Temple Closed For Devotees

Bhadrak, 15/4 (AO Bureau): The district administration has stopped public viewing of Baba Akhandalmani. The move comes after one servitor tested positive for COVID-19… Devotees will not be able to enter the temple from 12 noon to 6 pm today, said Bhadrak sub-district commissioner Pitambar Samal.

Onlyservitor can enter and worship according to the rituals of the temple. Opposition groups called for a boycott of the assembly in protest of the decision. The sub-district commissioner said the temple service would be sanitized around the temple as the corona was infected and all the services would be corona tested. The state has seen an increase in the number of cases of coronary artery disease in the last 24 hours. Of those, 1,933 were identified in quarantines, of which 1,256 were local cases.
