Delhi Muslims creates example, approach ed Delhi HC to save temple

New Delhi, 27/9: The Muslims of the capital Delhi have set an example by fighting a legal battle in the Delhi High Court to preserve a temple located at Noor Nagar in Jamia Nagar. In fact, some time ago, with the intention of taking possession of the land, the caretaker of the temple had demolished a part of the Dharamsala located nearby. While hearing the petition of Jamia Nagar Ward 206 Committee President Syed Faujul Azim (Arshi), a bench of Delhi High Court Justice Sanjeev Sachdeva said that according to the layout plan, there is a temple at the said place and permission to encroach upon it. Not there.

 

 

Apart from this, the Delhi High Court ordered the Delhi Government, the Commissioner of Police, South MCD and the station in-charge of Jamia Nagar to ensure that there will be no illegal encroachment in the temple premises in future. At the same time, there will be no problem of law and order. At the same time, Delhi Police and South MCD have assured the court not to allow any kind of encroachment on the temple.
