Chandigarh, 20/2: Congress chief ministerial candidate Charanjit Singh Channi on Sunday appealed to the electorates to cast their vote for a progressive change.
A confident Channi told the media that the Congress is retaining the helm with a two-thirds majority. The polling began at 8 am and will continue till 6 pm. The counting of ballots will take place on March 10.
“As Punjab is going to poll today, practice your constitutional right by casting your valuable vote for a progressive change. Also, urge your family and friends to step out and vote because every single vote counts,” Channi tweeted.
