CM Naveen maintains zero tolerance policy against corruption

Bhubaneswar, 21/2: Chief Minister Shri Naveen Patnaik has always emphasized on maintaining high morals and integrity in the field of public life. He has always insisted on zero tolerance against incompetent and corrupt officials. The Chief Minister has continued his efforts to provide services to the people through a transparent, efficient and accountable administration.

 

According to the state government’s approach, Mr. Trinath Mishra, Additional SP (Communications), Cuttack, Tulsipur, has now been forced to retire on a non-income property charge.

 

His various properties in 11 districts of Cuttack, Khordha, Jajpur, Jagatsinghpur and Nabarangpur were searched simultaneously after receiving complaints from various levels. The search revealed a large amount of property. A total of Rs 9 crore worth of immovable and immovable property was recovered from him.

 

In addition, 152 officers have so far been fired or forced to retire.

 

Mr. Mishra is one of the most senior officers in the compulsory retirement of corruption allegations.
