Goa,10/2: Goa CM Pramod Sawant has won from his traditional Sankhali seat. After winning the election, he said that his government is going to be formed and some independent MLAs are in touch with him if the seats are reduced. He claimed that the Maharashtrawadi Gomantak Party (MGP) would also join him if needed.
