Bhubaneswar, 16/3:In a big development, BJD delegation submitted memorandum with State Election Commission today demanding strict action against Jeypore MLA Shri. Tara Prasad Bahinipati for violating Model Code of Conduct guidelines by threatening Govt officials inside the Koraput Municipality as well as threatening to break the Koraput Municipality office after two days. His threats have also been telecasted in the media.
