Yoga Se Hi Hoga :JSW BPSL organizes a fortnight long Yoga & Fitness camp

Sambalpur : In line with its programme to improve the health & fitness of its employees, JSW BPSL, in association with Art of Living Foundation, has organized a fortnight long Yoga and Fitness camp at its township from 10th to 25th June 2022, titled Yoga Se Hi Hoga. Such regular programs not only improve the health of the employees but also improve the productivity of the organization.

Hundreds of enthusiastic  employees and residents participate in this camp on a daily basis. Breathing exercises, guided Meditation in Gurudev Sri SriRavishankarJi’s voice and various Aasanas and Yogic postures for weight loss, Cardio exercises for physic fitness and guided exercises for mental and emotional health and Pulse Testing ( NadiPariksha ) inAyurvedic camps are also being conducted under the guidance of qualified Vaidyas ( Ayurvedic doctors). Hundreds of employees also join these camps online under these regularly organized fitness programmes by the organziation.

Regular practice of Yoga aasanas improves flexibility, lowers stress levels, boost immunity to fight diseases, increases muscle strength, reduce anxiety, improves cardiovascular functioning, improves sleep among many other benefits.
