Mumbai, 17/2: Former India batsman Shiv Sundar Das will be the new interim chairman of the selection committee after Chetan Sharma resigned. Sharma who was in an embarrassing situation following a TV Sting operation sent his resignation letter to the BCCI Secretary Jay Shah. BCCI has also accepted the same. However, a senior BCCI official told InsideSport that he wasn’t forced to resign. Instead, the decision was his own.
