Mumbai, 5/5: Members of the NCP committee that met on Friday to discuss Sharad Pawar’s resignation as party chief have moved a resolution to request the 82-year-old to continue as the leader of the party.
The decision to move the resolution came after the 15-member committee opined that Pawar should continue to lead the party.
More details are expected to emerge during a press conference that is scheduled to take place after the high-level meeting.
