UP,26/8: Taking cognisance of the incident where a teacher in Uttar Pradesh’s Muzaffarnagar was caught on camera asking her students to slap a Muslim classmate, the NCPCR has issued notice to the district Collector and SSP.
The video, which had gone viral on the social media platforms, purportedly showed the teacher, identified as Tripta Tyagi, asking the students to slap an eight year old Muslim student. The students are seen taking turns to slap him as the teacher watching.
