Rengali : A transformative five-day workshop titled “Training of Trainers on TLM Development and ECCE Mechanism” was conducted at Rengali Block conference hall. It was organized jointly with the Department of CSR, JSW BPSL, Block Administration and Child In Need Institute. This workshop, aimed at empowering ICDS Supervisors,Anganwadi Workers&project staffs under CSR noble initiative of Early Childhood Care & Education programme. On 22nd August 2023, the training programme was inaugurated in presence of Mr. Vishal Raj- CSR Head of JSW BPSLas the guest of honour& Subhasini Patel- I/c CDPO of Rengali Block. The workshop welcomed 12 Anganwadi Workers, 6 Lady Supervisors, and 6 Project Staff members& their collective participation amplified the potential impact of enriched early education practices.On 26th August 2023, the closing ceremony of workshop was graced by the esteemed presence of Head CSR of JSW BPSL & BDO, Rengali. This workshop delved comprehensively into TLM development, ECCE Day guidelines& child tracking mechanisms by empowering trainers with enhanced skills and knowledge.
