The vibrant spirit of patriotism and unity soared high as the NTPC Dulanga family came together in an exuberant celebration of India’s 77th Independence Day. The event unfolded with a captivating aura, as the Head of Project, NTPC Dulanga, Shri K Chandrasekhar, unfurled the National Flag against the backdrop of our National Anthem, evoking a sense of deep reverence and national pride.
Addressing the enthusiastic gathering, the Head of Project (HOP) Dulanga commended the relentless efforts and remarkable achievements of NTPC and Dulanga Coal Mining Project in the past year. He expressed pride in NTPC Dulanga for achieving its peak rated capacity for FY 22-23. He also congratulated the team for being awarded the prestigious five stars by the Ministry of Coal (MoC) for both the fiscal years 2020-21 and 2021-22.
HOP Dulanga also lauded the conscientious efforts of NTPC Dulanga towards community welfare initiatives. He highlighted the impactful endeavors, such as organizing regular health check-up camps, empowering women through training programs, and distributing nutrition kits, which showcased the organization’s dedication to societal betterment.
In a stirring speech, the HOP Dulanga urged every employee to embrace the “NTPC Feeling” – a sense of pride and responsibility in powering and serving the nation. He emphasized that everyone’s dedication contributes to the collective achievement of NTPC’s mission.
Under Azadi ka Amrit Mohatsav and Meri Mati Mera Desh Campaign, 75 indigenous plants were planted by NTPC Dulanga employees and associates in an effort to establish Amrit Vatika.
The celebration reached its crescendo as the Indian tricolor swayed proudly against the azure sky. It symbolized not only the cherished freedom won by our forefathers but also the commitment of NTPC Dulanga to illuminate lives and energize progress.
